GEOMeC

GEOMeC is a family of electrical/optical interfaces properly designed to transfer four different analog signals and 16, 32 or 64 digital commands in both directions through a single pair of optical fibers.
GEOMeC medium converters represent the simplest way to send analog and digital signals over low cost optical fibers, useful to transfer groups of digital commands, alarms and telemetries without using copper wires. They can be used for all automotive applications, high voltage power supply, remote controls and home security systems.
GEOMeC is a general pourpose electrical/optical medium converter for analog and digital electrical signals over 1mm POF (0.5NA Plastic Optical Fiber) or 200um PCS (0.37NA Polymer Cladding Silica) optical fibers.
